CrimePreventionConnection.com is a business unit of Crime Prevention Outreach, LLC, a California company, and was created to provide the law enforcement community with the best quality, customizable monthly newsletter possible. We know that many crime prevention and outreach units are hard-pressed to develop and provide outstanding community education materials on a multitude of topics on a regular basis.
In the current media age, residents have come to expect their police or sheriff's department to provide regular crime prevention information, both general and specific to their neighborhoods. The problem is, many departments lack the time and staff to create regular, quality newsletters and disseminate them to the community. Because of other more immediate needs, newsletters are often thrown together last-minute in response to crimes or current community issues and often the material is the same old stuff that has been sitting in the brochure cabinet for years.
We know. We've been there.
With this in mind, we offer you a monthly newsletter that you provide to your community — in either online or print versions — a newsletter that looks like you created it specially for your residents! Your newsletter will contain high-quality articles on all facets of crime prevention with your department’s logo or emblem. But here’s the best part — YOU can seamlessly add information about your current events and issues right into the newsletter, making it look as if you've done all the work yourself!
Across the nation, departments like yours are feeling the pressure of allocating more resources to the street. Because of this, other units handling less immediate police business are feeling the squeeze, but
still, the work of those units needs to be done. Residents still want and need to know what's going on in the community and how they can take steps to avoid becoming crime victims. Because of that, CrimePreventionConnection.com is here to help.
