Hermiston Police Department New Patrol Vehicle

The Hermiston Police Department has added a new vehicle to its fleet, a 2009 Dodge Charger.  With the recent trends in gas prices, the Hermiston Police Department is like many other agencies and businesses looking for ways to respond and adjust their budgets to get the most out of them.  In the City of Hermiston and at the police department, alternate vehicle models to the Ford Crown Victoria were considered and resulted in the addition of our new Charger.  With its V-6 engine, it has already proved itself not only in its comparable power but also in a 40% increase in fuel mileage.
